Personal data protection

All personal data provided by internet users to Azur Confort SAS for the use of certain Site services is subject to Law no. 78-17 French data and protection act dated January 6, 1978 in its modified version dated June 22, 2018, to Law no. 2018-493 dated June 20, 2018 for the protection of personal data and GDPR (EU) 2016/679 dated April 27, 2016 for the protection of natural persons for processing personal data and the free movement of such data.

Any personal data provided by the internet user on the Site (surname, first name, delivery address, email address, and telephone number) is required for processing and delivering orders and is reserved exclusively for use by AZUR CONFORT SAS and their subcontracted carriers.

The data collected is subject to processing and AZUR CONFORT SAS is the data controller. The data is used for preparation and shipment of orders placed by the internet user. In the event that the internet user gives their express consent, collected data is also used for sending sales promotions and for managing customer relations.

The internet user has the right to access, modify, rectify, and delete any of their personal information. To exercise this right, the internet user addresses a request by email: communication@azur-confort.com or by post : AZUR CONFORT Customer Service, ZI Chartreuse Guiers, 38380 Entre Deux Guiers, France.

The internet user can subscribe to the Azur Confort newsletter, and by doing so, choose to be regularly informed of the company’s sales promotions. In this case, collected data is also used for sending sales promotions and managing customer relations. The internet user can unsubscribe at any time by clicking on the link provided for this purpose in each newsletter.

 

Cookie policy

The first time an internet user connects to the site www.azur-confort.com (hereafter referred to as the “Site”), they are warned by a banner at the bottom of their screen that information about their browsing behavior will be recorded in files called “cookies”. This policy aims to explain measures put in place for browsing on our Site. In particular, it informs the internet user about all the cookies present on our Site, their purpose, and the procedure for their configuration.

 

General information about cookies on the site

When browsing on our Site, information about the user’s device (computer, tablet, cell phone, etc.), may be recorded using files called cookies. Configuring preferences

The first time users visit the Site, a banner is briefly displayed at the bottom of the screen informing the user about the installation of cookies.
